A topping out ceremony was held on the construction site of the prestigious Moderna stage 3 estate. General Contractor, F.B.I. TASBUD S.A., implements this modern project on behalf of Dom Development S.A. 

Topping out on the premises of the Moderna estate, stage 3 located at ul. Malborska 17 in Warsaw’s Targówek was a symbolic moment, marking the end of an important stage in the implementation of this project. The ceremony was attended by, among others Investor’s Management Board, Dom Development S.A. and the General Contractor, F.B.I. TASBUD S.A.

It is worth emphasizing that the facilities included in the estate belong to the group of ecological buildings (sustainable construction), as evidenced by the rainwater recovery system used, which consists of using rainwater for domestic purposes. The unique housing estate has its own green promenade and green roofs.

The Moderna housing estate is located near the Bródnowski Forest and Bródnowski Park. The building is distinguished by modern, modernist architecture, functional arrangement of spacious apartments and glazed, built-in balconies, which increase the aesthetic values ​​of buildings, giving them lightness and elegance.
