We are pleased to announce that on July 3, 2018, we signed the Accessibility Partnership at the Ministry of Investment and Development, whose goal is cooperation under the Accessibility Plus Program.

The guiding idea of the partnership is to create a platform for the exchange of substantive knowledge between entities, associations, companies and organizations operating in the field of broadly understood accessibility. The signing of the agreement is the official confirmation that OSWBZ will be guided by the idea of accessibility, influencing the real estate and construction industries through its activities.

– As an organization working for sustainable construction, which aims to  promote sustainable urban planning and spatial planning, we are happy to support the Accessibility Plus program. The possibility of using experience related to the certification of buildings in the Polish Green Building Standard system seems to be particularly important. Signing the declaration is an additional motivation for us to extend the certificate managed by our organization to include building evaluation criteria related to their availability. – presents Piotr Bartkiewicz, a member of the board of the National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction.

The National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction was established in 2014 on the initiative of real estate companies. As part of its operations, the organization conducts training in various certification systems oswbz.org/szkolenia-planowane/ , coordinates the draft report “Energy consumption in buildings office “ oswbz.org/raporty/ and supervises the certification of buildings in the Polish Green Building Standard system. OSWBZ is also constantly involved in various initiatives, such as this year supporting the fight against smog through the patronage of the documentary film “Smog Wars”, supporting women in the industry through the patronage of the “Top Woman in Real Estate” competition and substantive partnership of industry conferences.
