These words fell on the lips of Arkadiusz Rudzki – Managing Director of Skanska Property Poland, who during the gala of the first edition of the Top Woman in Real Estate competition received the award in the category Pro-women company.
Skanska Property Poland has been operating since 1997. Is an innovative developer of green, timeless office buildings, currently present in seven Polish cities: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice and the Tri-City. It employs over 50% of women, supporting them in professional development and achieving top positions. The company is also a co-founder and active member of the National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction (OSWBZ).
In the Pro-women company category for a company promoting women, the following assessment criteria were taken into account:
- employing a minimum of 40% of women, of which the same in managerial positions,
- enabling continuous development and acquiring new permissions,
- affiliation of female representatives with women’s associations,
- a system for supporting mothers at work, such as irregular working hours or the possibility of working remotely,
- active participation in social campaigns and organization of activities aimed at integration with industry representatives,
- running a business based on respect for employees and supporting their personal development.
