On Friday, May 11, during the gala ceremony at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw, the results of the first edition of the Top Woman in Real Estate competition were announced, which aims to select and award unusual women operating in the real estate and construction industries.

The originator of this project is Krystyna Swojak with the real estate industry associated only for several years, but as she says, she loved her completely. She quickly noticed the huge potential of women and gathered a group of nearly 20 representatives of the industry, who jointly decided on the conditions and form of the competition, creating its Program Council. The National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction participated in these works from the very beginning, being represented by Katarzyna Podyma – OSWBZ Project Director.

Competition participants were evaluated in the following categories: Business management, Innovation, Business support, Commercial sales, Residential sales, Activities for green building, Journalism, Architecture and design. In addition, three special prizes were awarded: Pro-women company, Personality of the year and Influencer of the year.

Three of the prizes were collected by Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys, representing the APA Wojciechowski Architekci company, also nominated in the competition in the Pro-women company category. Agnieszka won in the categories of Architecture Design and Activities for green building, and in addition, in the voting of Internet users, she was elected this year’s Personality of the year. She is a director and a member of the management board of APA Wojciechowski Architekci, a member of the SARP Main Board, a co-founder of the National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction and a wonderful personality.

“In my professional work, I combine passion with professionalism. The quality of architectural designs is of great importance to me, because it is the basis for creating buildings that will serve people for the next several decades. Architecture should be beautiful, durable, functional, safe, conducive to health and well-being users. I adhere to the principle that buildings should be designed so that they age beautifully and can become monuments. ” – says Agnieszka Kalinowska- Sołtys, who was honestly touched by another award in the Top Woman in Real Estate competition.

Among the nominated OSWBZ representatives there were also such outstanding figures as: Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, head of the property management team from Cushman & amp; Wakefield, Agnieszka Rylska – senior project manager from Go4Energy and Renata Nowakowska – innovation manager and Karolina Sulma – legal department director from Skanska Property Poland.
