On April 5, 2018, a jury meeting of the Top Woman in Real Estate competition took place, which selected 4-6 candidates in each category for the so-called Shortlist. This group included as many as 5 representatives from OSWBZ member companies:

• Agnieszka Kalinowska – Sołtys – APA Wojciechowski Architects,
• Karolina Sulma – Skanska Property Poland,
• Agnieszka Rylska – Go4Energy,
• Renata Nowakowska – Skanska Property Poland,
• Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz – Cushman  Wakefield.

All selected ladies now have the chance to fight for the title of Personality of the Year in online voting. The one with the most votes wins. The winners will be announced during a gala at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw on May 11, 2018 at 19.00.
