How do we process your data?  (Information obligation)

1) Data scope: we process the following categories of your data: identification data (name, surname), contact details (e-mail address);

2) Administrator: The administrator of your personal data is the National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Białobrzeska 68 lok. 64, 02-325 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department under the number KRS 0000499469, NIP 701-041-39-02, also known to you as OSWBZ,

3) Data protection officer : The data controller has not appointed a data protection officer in the absence of such an obligation under the GDPR (Article 37 of the GDPR);

4) Goals and the basis of processing:

In connection with the desire to receive the newsletter from OSWBZ, your personal data is processed for the following purpose:

1. sending a newsletter containing information about OSWBZ’s activities, products and services (basis from Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
2. OSWBZ internal administrative purposes, including statistics that are the implementation of our legitimate interest (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
3. archival (evidential) which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
4. possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of our legitimate interest (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);

5) Data recipients: The recipients of your personal data will be: companies cooperating in the field of IT services, companies sending newsletter;

6) Storage period: We may process your data based on your consent until you withdraw your consent in this respect or determine that you have become outdated. Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller may be processed until the legitimate interests of the OSWBZ that constitute the basis for this processing have been fulfilled or until you object to such processing. Data processed in connection with the implementation of the contract for the provision of the newsletter sending service can be processed for a period of not more than 1 year from the termination of the contract for the newsletter service.

7) Letter of Rights: You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object to data processing, the right to object to profiling, the right to withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

8) Right of complaint: You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR

9) Right to object : You have the right to object to the processing of your data based on a legitimate interest as described above at any time. We will cease to process your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are valid legally valid grounds in relation to this data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or that we will be required to investigate, investigate or claim defense.

10) Your personal information is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling related to automated decision making;

11) Withdrawal of consent : At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent by contacting the OSWBZ with a mailing address, ie the National Association for Supporting Sustainable Construction, ul. Łucka 18 lok. 114, 00-845 Warsaw or by clicking the link attached to each message sent as part of the newsletter, without giving a reason, and without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for the purpose of prior written consent.
