These words were spoken by dr inż. Jerzy Sowa from the Warsaw University of Technology during the conference of the 21st Century Office (…) in a lecture answering the question: Why are we constructing buildings?

Dr inż. Jerzy Sowa is an outstanding specialist dealing with issues of indoor environment quality in buildings.
