We have become a partner of a unique event, which is without doubt Top Woman in Real Estate. Aiming at changes on the Polish real estate market, the International Institute of Innovation and Development Foundation is organizing a competition that will select both successful women and a company that supports them. 

Our common goal is to prepare an undertaking that will create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, contacts and will contribute to the personal development of ambitious representatives of the real estate and construction industries. Hence the idea of ​​awarding and promoting women who achieve the greatest business successes and whose actions inspire others to break the barriers.

On behalf of the organizer, we invite you to submit candidates and to promote the initiative, as well as to consider partner offers. The Top Woman in Real Estate competition is a unique opportunity to present services and products to around 300 people representing the real estate and construction market in Poland. It is also a great opportunity to directly reach women who hold high positions in this industry.

The resolution of this year’s edition will take place at the gala in April 2018. Enterprising ladies will be assessed in the following main categories:

• Business management
• Innovator
• Business support
• Commercial sales
• Residential sales
• Acivity for green building

Special categories also deserve attention: Pro-Women Company of the Year, Top Female Journalist of Real Estate and Personality of the Year – a special award granted by the decision of Internet users. The event accompanying the distribution of awards will be a conference combined with a business mixer. The motto of the conference is self-development, and Gallup Institute.

“In many sectors, the role of women has changed in recent years. Often, ladies had to make their way not only by competence, but also by strength of character. We want to change this through initiatives like this. Show the female dimension of management and the scale of business achievements that accelerate the development of the entire market, “says Krystyna Swojak, the originator and organizer of the Top Woman in Real Estate competition and the Marketing Director of Real Connect Real Estate and Investment Fair.

Participation in the plebiscite can be submitted until March 5 – in person, through your company’s department or an organization operating in the industry. The jury acting as the event’s jury is responsible for choosing the winners. It consists of both women and men, who are representatives of the management boards of the largest real estate and construction companies.

In mid-March, a list of nominees will be published and from that moment Internet users’ votes will be collected. You can now fill out the application form, available at topwoman.pl
