The regulations and current criteria for assessing the quality of the indoor environment of the building have been updated. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Developed in 2016 by the National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction (OSWBZ), the system is adapted to Polish conditions and is intended to emphasize the importance of the internal environment of the building on its users.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em> We believe that the building should serve the most important entity, i.e. the user <\/em> &#8211; says Tomasz Augustyniak &#8211; President of OSWBZ <em>. After the first experience with buildings that have successfully passed the Green Building Standard certification, we see room for an even better and more complete assessment of the building. Permanent cooperation has been established with one of the leading commercial real estate developers, Ghelamco Poland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Green Buliding Standard certification system is dedicated to commercial buildings, however it is possible to certify other buildings, after prior notification of the desire to the certification body and obtaining appropriate consent. The certificate is issued for an indefinite period. After two years, the owner can apply for the title of Green Building Standard Achieved, which confirms the fulfillment of previous assumptions.
